Best User Experience
WardsAuto named the 2020 Ford Escape to its 2020 10 Best User Experiences list. The judges look at amenities like infotainment and interior comfort for assigning list placement. The Escape scored well for the available 12.3-inch digital cluster display and SYNC® 3 infotainment setup. The judges also like the blue ambient backlighting, the way controls complemented the digital displays and the connection of smartphones and voice commands in the infotainment system. Wards also noted that the Escape’s safety technology features were easy to use and also included as standard, which is not true of some other compact SUVs.
